THE SMART TACHOGRAPH – THE NEW EUROPEAN CONTROL INSTRUMENT

Following more than two and a half years of tough negotiations aimed at making transport within Europe fairer and more efficient, the EU Parliament has adopted the “EU Mobility Package 1”.
